Daily Parking Fees

Payment Required 7 am to 7 pm / 365 Days Per Year

Per Hour $2.50 

All Day $10.00

NO CASH PAYMENTS ACCEPTED.  A valid major credit or debit card is required for the payment of daily parking fees.

• All parking payments must be made with an accurate license plate entry during the payment process.  Please make sure you are entering your license plate correctly during the payment process.  We recommend you take a picture of your license plate and save it on your mobile phone to make the process easier.

• Payment of daily parking fees can be made using your mobile phone at all City owned/managed parking lots.  Mobile phone payment instructions can be found on signage at each parking lot.  A convenience fee of $0.35 will be added to each mobile phone payment.

• A reminder will be texted to your cell phone 15 minutes prior to your parking session expiring which will allow you to purchase additional parking time.  

• Payment kiosks are located ONLY at Lot 1 (Hightower Beach Park East Parking Lot), Lot 5 (Pelican Beach Park Parking Lot) and Lot 9 (Shell Beach Access). If you do not have a mobile phone, or do not wish to pay by mobile phone, you may pay your daily parking fees at one of these kiosks.

• Payment of daily parking fees is required upon arrival.  All non-permitted vehicles found parked in any City owned/managed parking lot without a daily parking fee payment will be subject to immobilization and applicable fees.

• Daily parking fees are made specific to each parking lot.  You may leave and return to the parking lot for which you paid as long as your period of payment is still valid.  If you park and pay in one parking lot, leave, and park in another parking lot you will be required to pay the daily parking fees for this parking lot.

• Daily parking fees are specific to a license plate and may not be transferred to another vehicle.  

• No refunds of daily parking fees will be made.
